Wow... hard to believe that 20 years has come and gone! While I do live in ole Los Alamos, I won't be making it to the reunion, so I thought I'd write in anyway. Thanks to all who've written in... pretty interesting - and fun - stuff folks are doing out there!

My life is not all that exciting as far as careers go; I work part-time at the Lab as a professional staff assistant 4 in the Nuclear and Radiochemistry Group. Basically, I do all the stuff my group leader doesn't want to do! I have a BA in Communications and Women's History; MA in Training and Learning Technologies; and a BS in Computer Science. I also teach part-time at UNM-LA.

I have an awesome family. Shortly after our 10th reunion, I went through a yucky divorce. The fortunate side is that I have two fantastic kids outta the deal - Austin, 14, who aspires to be a rock star or astrophysicist; and Cassidy, 12, who is torn between marine biology and fashion design. I love how they both have such diverse desires! I am also lucky to be married to my sole-mate and best friend, Mark. We are celebrating six years this week. He is from Washington, and has two kids as well. Melissa, 27, and her husband, Andy, live in Washington; and Bryan, 25, lives in Gunnison, CO. He also spends his summers with us, working at the Lab. Mark is a senior construction project manager for the Lab (he was in charge of the mess on Jemez Road). We love golfing, camping, fishing and hanging with friends.

Nothing else too exciting. We plan on leaving Los Alamos in six years when Mark retires and Cassidy graduates (if not sooner)! I sure did not plan on moving back here, but have been fortunate to have all my family still up in the Jemez ... sure helps out when Mark and I want to "run away" to the Caribbean or other fun destinations! It's also kinda cool to have so many classmates here, too.

Hope you all have fun at the reunion - especially those of you returning to LA. Maybe I'll see you at our 30th!

Thanks to the committee for putting this all together!
