I can't wait to see everyone at the reunion! I've been reading everyone's bios and it makes me think that the class of '88 really was great. It doesn't seem like 20 years, but when I look in the mirror I think damn; I guess it has been. Oh well, I've loved every stage of my life and all the people who have touched my life in one way or another. I miss the friends we've lost but I learned a lot from them while they were here. A piece of them will always be with me. I would like to thank everyone who has served our country, I greatly appreciate my freedom! I do wish looking back to high school that some of my friends would have pulled me aside and had a hair intervention with me. Needless to say I haven't had a perm since the 80's.

Okay, here is a very summarized version of my past 20 years. After high school I left for FIU (Florida International University) on a soccer scholarship where I played soccer for 4 years and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management. You know, fun and play with a BBA. Nothing changed for me in college because having fun, playing soccer and working was more important to me than school. Nonetheless, I still managed to graduate in 1992. I immediately moved back to Los Alamos to work for my parents business where I have been Vice President of Retail Operations for the past 16 years. I'm so grateful to be able to see my family almost everyday. In 2004 I decided that Los Alamos was not the best environment for a single, someone like me.:) So, I moved to Santa Fe in 2004 and not much changed except for I could actually go out to eat at a restaurant after 8pm.

Brace yourselves, here comes the interesting part. In April of 2005 I had finally had enough of unsuccessful dating. I did something I thought I would never do. Yes its true, I got on an online dating website. Thank god I was only on it for a week when I found the love of my life. Hook, line and sinker, just like that. Her name is Elayne, she is from Memphis TN and she is HOT!!!!! Ha, I mean she is the best thing to ever happen to me. She is smart, honest, down to earth, attractive and my best friend. She is wonderful and we have decided to start a family of our own. I'm currently 7 months pregnant and we are due around the middle of June. I should be looking very pretty for the reunion in July. HA!
