Reunion Check-in

Best Western Hilltop Hotel Lobby 4 pm – 7 pm

Friday Mixer and Late Arrival Check-in

De Colores – Check-in from 8:30 pm – 9:30 pm; Festivities start at 9:00 pm
Appetizers provided -Wings o'fire w/ Bleu Cheese Dressing; vegetable tray with assorted dressings; salsa and chips; guacamole and chips; chile con queso.  Two cash bars will be available: the bar (full bar) and a bar in restaurant, serving beer and wine only.

Atomic City Transit (formerly LA Bus) will provide safe rides home (within Los Alamos and White Rock city limits) on Friday (11:00 pm – 2:00 am) & Saturday (f11:30 – 1:30) nights! Thank you to Los Alamos National Bank for the generous donation that enables us to provide safe rides home with Atomic City Transit.

Saturday, July 19th

Saturday Family Picnic / Community Bike and Hike Day

Pajarito Ski Hill Lodge (Mezzanine Room) and Camp May Pavilion, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

Lunch will be served in the Mezzanine Room (Upstairs room of the ski lodge) from 11:30 to 12:30 – don’t be late! The menu includes brisket, pulled pork, or smoked chicken with beans and coleslaw. We have also reserved the Camp May Pavilion for our use. Activities planned at the picnic include face painting, bubbles, Nature Hunt Kits (for kids under 12), and frisbee deco and toss (supplies provided). Prizes will be awarded for the 3-legged race, water balloon toss, and watermelon eating contest. Also available are horseshoes and washers; and a net for volleyball/badminton. Get your teams ready! It'll be a lot of fun!

This event coincides with the Bike and Hike Day - ski lift rides up for free*, hike down the mountain (don’t forget to bring your hiking shoes, bottled water and sunscreen); ski lift ride with bike costs $20. (*Check in at the business office and show your reunion name tag for your free ski lift ride pass.*)

Saturday Dinner and Dance

The Best Western Hilltop House, 6:00 pm

Dinner served at 6:30 pm - Fiesta Evening Buffet-Tossed salad; chips and salsa; tortillas; Spanish rice; refried beans; enchiladas (beef, chicken, cheese); and dessert.  Cash bar will be available.

There is no official dress code for any of our reunion events. However, if you would like to dress up a little, the dinner on Saturday night would be the perfect event to do so, but formal wear is not necessary. Dress comfortably and come have fun!

GUITAR HERO Competition - Specifics still being worked but grand prize will be a TICKETMASTER gift Certificate.

Class contest, results announced at the dinner/dance.  What would you like to know about your classmates?  Who has the most kids?  Who traveled the farthest?  Who has been married the longest? How many of us married an ’88 grad? Who will you be most shocked to see??

Memorial Tribute

The Coffee Booth will offer coffee along with some other a la cart breakfast goodies available for purchase at 10:00 am.
